It was in an easy location next to a bus station. We had goodies and coffee at World Museum's Cafe, it was located right next to the venue.

The staff was outstandingly accommodating and really friendly, some of them especially. They gave me a spotless and modest room with a spare single bed, an ensuite shower and modern bathrooms.

Everything was excellent, excellent location on the buses to catch from the railway station to the guest house, the staff were polite. The room was en suite, the beds were very comfy, the breakfast was large. A bath in the bathroom was a plus.

Quiet and incredibly beautiful venue, marvellous location near to a lovely park across the road, and Old Town and shore, appreciated our stay. We stayed in the private single room equipped with comfy beds TV, hot chocolate, a private bathroom. The staff was incredibly nice - we would come there again.

Everything was perfect, exceptionally nice location near to city center, the bus stop and the Castle Area, very nice experience. The staff was attentive in all services. My room included coffee/tea making machines, a hair dryer, and a kettle. The restaurant was not too far away from the hotel. The place was beautifully decorated, no complaints whatsoever, would definitely recommend.

I thoroughly enjoyed having toast and cereal in the morning. The room was exceptionally clean and modest with a shared bathroom and very clean decent selection plus biscuits and safety measures included smoke detectors.

We really enjoyed the room, it was large and extremely pleasant with a newly renovated bathroom as well as a big bed. The staff was affable and attentive all the time. The location was magnificent and nice, next to a bus stop.

It's superb base for sightseeing and exploring Edinburgh. Everyone is amicable and host too. The hotel offers savoury and tasty meal in the morning with French press coffee, scottish bacon and the black pudding. Recommend while travelling to Edinburgh.
